THE BENEFITS OF RENEWABLE ENERGIES     Renewable energies cause no or very little pollution. They do not produce greenhouse gas emissions. Reserves of the raw materials they use (water, wind, sunlight, wood) are inexhaustible. They are already economically viable and will become even more so in the future if they are rolled out on a large scale and technological advances are achieved. They help to make us energy self-sufficient and enhance the security of our energy supplies.
